Montri by Parfums Dusita is a Woody Spicy fragrance for women and men. Montri was launched in 2022. The nose behind this fragrance is Pissara Umavijani. Top notes are Saffron, Dried Fruits, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Oregano, Petitgrain and Coriander; middle notes are Rose de Mai, Damask Rose, Leather, Orris Root, Jasmine Sambac and Ylang-Ylang; base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Sandalwood, Patchouli, Oak, Vetiver, Tonka Bean and Cedar. A unique, unforgetable fragrance centered around precious Oud Palao, surrounded by Orris Butter, soft Spices, elegant Florals, and noble Woods. "My father's poetry is at the core of every single fragrance I compose. For my thirteenth perfume, I wanted to pay an even more direct homage to his personality. Named after him, Montri conveys aspects of his character and idiosyncrasies, the things he loved and believed in, as well as the fragrances he mostly enjoyed. Montri opens with a gentle cloud of spices (Saffron, Nutmed, Coriander, Cinnamon, Oregano), contrasting with the energy of Petitgrane and the subtly gourmand touch of the perfumer's own Dried Fruit Accord. In the heart, the deep, soulful beaty of Orris Butter meets the lush floralcy of May and Damask Rose, Jasmine Sambac and Ylang-Ylang, along with the edgy undercurrent of a soft Leather Accord and Tobacco Accents. In the base, the precious Oud Palao shines in all its complex olfactive glory with emphasis on suavity, accompanied by Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Oakwood, and Tonka Bean.
