Shipping and returns
You can send a return request up to 3 days after the product is delievered.
The perfume you wish to change should not be used or opened.
It has to be resalable and must contain all the original tags and packaging.
If you have received a wrong product or a damaged one, which you can prove the damage was from our side with a photo on in any other accaptable way, we will change your perfume for free.
If you need to change the product you’ve received for any other reason, the shipping price must be paid again.
